Munero Ueda – President and C.E.O.
Munero Ueda joined Mr. Joseph E. Rusinovich, founder of HRM Partners, Inc. in March 1999 and has been supporting the company since then.
Mr. Ueda has experience of a business development and sales marketing, human resources/labor management consulting. He also provided various HR related trainings to the management level staff as well as hosted seminars mainly for Japanese companies operating in the United States.
And even now, he is still actively conducting the training where are held across major cities in United States and Japan, which on topics as such as labor law & practice, employment, discipline & termination, compensation set-up, performance management and worker’s compensation.
Mr. Ueda majored in the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Political Science and Economics, Takushoku University, and has received a bachelor’s degree.
Akira Takahashi – Managing Director
Akira Takahashi joined HRM Partners, Inc. in 2003. He has been active in the United States as a senior-level consultant in both Japanese and English. Since 2008, based in New York, he has been the leader of various consultants as our top consultant, and from 2022, he will also oversee the operations department of the company.
Mr. Takahashi majored in Communication Studies at California State University Long Beach and received a bachelor’s degree.
